On May 5, 2025, at approximately 02:04 AM CEST, we received the first report of a 504 Gateway Timeout (NGINX) error affecting certain pages within our web environment. The disruption persisted until approximately 02:25 AM CEST. Since then, we have observed intermittent occurrences, primarily during evening hours, though a consistent pattern has not yet been conclusively identified.
Following a thorough review of our internal systems, no abnormalities or faults have been detected that would suggest a platform-side root cause. Nonetheless, we are continuing proactive investigations and have escalated the matter to our infrastructure provider for deeper network-level analysis.
